Do you sell genuine Swarovski crystals
Yes! We are an approved distributor of Swarovski and Preciosa crystals. Our Swarovski products are listed separately with full details, including sizing and available colours
Are your rhinestones lead-free?
Yes! The majority of our rhinestones, including our Krystal Lane, Swarovski, Preciosa collections, are made from lead-free glass. Suitable for a range of applications, including tooth gems.
We cannot confirm whether any of the Acrylic Flatbacks are lead-free. We only recommend these gems for use in nails & arts and crafts.
What’s the sizing system for rhinestones (SS)
"SS" stands for Stone Size, commonly used in rhinestone measurements. For example:
SS3 ≈ 1.3mm
SS5 ≈ 1.7mm
SS10 ≈ 2.8mm
Do your crystals have a foil backings?
Most of our rhinestones have a foil backing to enhance brilliance and reflection. If a stone does not, it will be clearly stated in the product description.
Do you offer wholesale packs or bulk pricing
Yes! We offer bulk packs and wholesale options for selected products like Swarovski Factory Packs & Krystal Lane ranges. Check the product description or get in touch for custom wholesale orders.
What glue should I use for your rhinestones?
For nail art or tooth gems, we recommend using cosmetic-safe adhesives designed for those purposes. For crafts or other surfaces, E6000, Gem-Tac, or UV resin are popular choices. Always test a small area first and follow product safety instructions.
What’s the difference between Hot Fix and Non Hot Fix rhinestones?
Non Hot Fix rhinestones (what we stock) do not have heat-activated glue on the back. You’ll need to apply them using your preferred adhesive.
Hot Fix rhinestones have glue on the back that melts with heat – these are more commonly used for fabric applications with heat presses.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship with Australia Post for domestic orders and DHL for international orders to ensure reliable, trackable delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your location.
Australia: Free Express Shipping on orders over $200 AUD
International: Shipping costs apply to all orders (no free shipping currently available)
When will my order be dispatched?
We pack and dispatch orders every Tuesday and Friday. Orders placed before dispatch days will be shipped out on the next dispatch cycle.
Any PRE ORDERS are exempt from these dispatch days and will be dispatched upon arrival of stock.
How long will delivery take?
Australia: Express delivery usually takes 1–4 business days depending on your location.
International: Delivery time varies by destination and courier service, but generally takes 5–30 business days. Tracking will be provided.

Will I need to pay customs or import duties?
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). This means:

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering, as these fees vary by country.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship worldwide with Australia Post & DHL for international orders.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Are Swarovski Factory Packs in stock or pre-order only?
At this time, Swarovski Factory Packs are available by pre-order only. As we grow and learn what’s most popular, we’ll gradually build up our in-stock range.
How often do you place orders with Swarovski?
We place orders with Swarovski on a weekly to bi-weekly basis, depending on demand and current stock levels.
How long does it take to receive my Swarovski pre-order?
Swarovski pre-orders usually take 3–4 weeks to arrive from the supplier. Sometimes it may be quicker, and if so, we’ll ship your order out sooner. We recommend allowing up to 4 weeks from the time of purchase.
Can I order in-stock and pre-order items together?
We don’t recommend combining pre-order and in-stock items in the same order. Orders are shipped together in one parcel, so any in-stock items will be delayed until the pre-order arrives.

Do you offer Preciosa Factory Pack pre-orders?
Not at the moment. Preciosa factory orders require larger minimum quantities and incur higher shipping and import taxes. We’re working on a cost-effective way to offer Preciosa pre-orders in the future.
Do you stock any Preciosa crystals?
Yes! We stock a selection of Preciosa crystals in retail packs, ready to ship.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Do I get a refund or store credit?
We offer store credit only, not cash refunds. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a gift card valid for 1 year equal to the value of the returned items (excluding shipping).
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note: Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
What items are non-returnable?
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened crystal packets or used crystals. If you're unsure about a specific item, please contact us before returning.
What happens if my order is flagged as fraudulent?
We do not process orders flagged as fraudulent. If this happens, your order will be cancelled and refunded immediately.
How long does it take to receive my store credit?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your store credit will be issued via email.
