Shipping policy

Please ensure that you have correctly entered your shipping information. Krystal  Lane takes no responsibility for parcels that don't get delivered due to incorrect shipping information. 

Order Fulfilment 
Dispatch Days for orders are Tuesdays & Fridays weekly. 

If you believe that there is an issue with your order, we will do what we can to help resolve the matter. You are required to contact us within 3 days of the parcel being delivered. Mouth House takes photos of all orders upon packing as proof of the products. 

Shipping Times
Shipping time frames are estimates only. Once your order is received by the shipping company. Krystal Lane has no control and takes no responsibility for the delivery of your order. Shipping estimates DO NOT include order fulfilment times. 

Custom Duties and Taxes

From the 29th of August 2025 - the Deminimus on orders into the USA will stop.

What does this mean for USA customers?
As the tariff fees of 10% come into affect from the 29th of August, all orders going to the USA will only be processed through DHL Express.

DHL Express acts as an agent for the customer to be able to pay the tarrif fees upon arrival in the USA, which is 10%. 

These fees are the responsibility of the customer if you opt for DHL Express (DDU) - Duties Unpaid option. 

For now, standard courier post between Australia Post & United States Postal Service is suspended. This is out of our control. 

Krystal Lane is only responsible for shipping the product to the customer. The customer is responsible for paying any import fees, duties, import costs etc to the courier/shipping company if required.

Each country has their own rules and regulations. Some shipping carriers charge additional fees upon delivery. If the customer denies or refuses to pay the fees on delivery, your order will be abandoned. Krystal Lane takes no responsibility for paying duties/taxes/fees and will not take responsibility for any abandoned orders.

If your order gets returned to the sender due to your parcel not being picked up or duties paid, it can take up to 3 months for the parcel to arrive back to us. No refunds or extra shipments will be made.
