Krystal Lane supplies non-hot fix rhinestones made from glass, resin, and acrylic. These rhinestones are provided to us by our manufacturers as lead-free and are intended for use in fashion, nails, accessories, clothing, crafts, and general decorative purposes.

While some individuals in the tooth gem industry may choose to use these rhinestones in oral applications, we cannot confirm that these products are suitable for such use. 

Although our manufacturers have stated that the rhinestones are lead-free, there is currently no specific research or evidence confirming the safety or suitability of these products for use inside the mouth.

Customers who choose to use these products in this way do so entirely at their own risk.

Krystal Lane holds partnership agreements with premium rhinestone suppliers including Swarovski® and Preciosa®. As per Swarovski’s official guidelines:

“Components from Swarovski are intended for use in fashion, jewellery, accessories, textile products and interior décor. Due to their physical properties, components from Swarovski are unsuitable for other uses (e.g. gluing onto teeth, using components on or near mucous membranes, and other unsafe uses). The client/manufacturer shall defend, indemnify, and hold Swarovski and its affiliates harmless for any and all third-party claims relating to such uses.”

Customers are responsible for conducting their own research and testing to determine the suitability of products for their intended applications. Krystal Lane disclaims all liability for misuse or unintended use of these products, including but not limited to oral or bodily use. By purchasing and using these items, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they assume full responsibility for any outcomes or consequences resulting from their chosen use.
